Our commitments

An ancient abbey steeped in history, this property is duty-bound to represent the local region, marked by generations of monks from former times. 

Nestled in the heart of a handsome 7 hectare park, the Abbey exudes a feeling of peace and tranquility hard to find in the modern world. Situated between Dijon and Beaune, the Abbey is the ideal base from which to explore this famous wine-producing region. The Chef strives to offer food  very much anchored in Burgundy, sourcing the best regional products from his suppliers at the Dijon market. The property also boasts its own vegetable garden and beehives.
