Hiking on Mount Saint Elijah

The Pelješac Peninsula is crisscrossed with hiking trails. Perhaps the most beautiful route leads up and around Sveti Ilija, which rises to an altitude of more than 3,100 feet. A ten-mile hike through forests and vineyards offers spectacular panoramic views of the Dalmatian coast, the Adriatic Sea and Korčula town.

Visiting an oyster farm

The Pelješac Peninsula is world-renowned for the quality of oysters farmed in its waters. Paying a visit to one of the farms will allow you to better appreciate the process of cultivating these precious mollusks, which require careful nurturing in order to thrive.
