Skiing in La Clusaz

The hotel Au Coeur du Village benefits from a Ski Room and direct access to the slopes. At an altitude between 3,609 to 8,530 ft, the ski area of La Clusaz is suitable for everyone, and allows you to ski until April. This ski area covers 5 massifs, 133 trails, and more than 130 miles of skiing! To perfect this experience and delight as many people as possible, the resort also has a Snow Park, as well as several play areas. And for a truly extraordinary experience, head to the Col de Balme, where a brand new installation has just been built: a 21-foot skywalk extending out over a several hundred meter drop to take full advantage of the panorama!

Summer Hikes

La Clusaz offers a varied group of walks in the summer. Whether you want to discover green mountain pastures, go on a family outing, or simply look for a breathtaking panorama, there is something for everyone! It's not uncommon during a walk to come across chamois and ibex! Departures are from the hotel, and a guide book with hiking suggestions is available to our guests.

"Le Domaine" by mountain bike

"Le Domaine" is a natural area dedicated to mountain biking that offers 19 marked trails over 77 total miles, ranging from the "Discovery" circuit to the Enduro route. The Bike Park has been designed for beginners who want to have fun. During the summer, three lifts provide access to the different trails, including a chairlift located in front of the hotel. You can thus reach "La Trace", a technical yet accessible 1-mile enduro course created by Kilian Bron, on which you can ride in the wheel prints of the local champion!

Nordic Experience at La Clusaz

Located only 3 miles from the hotel and accessible by car or shuttle, the Beauregard (22 miles of trails) and Confins (37 miles of trails) plateaus are among the biggest cross-country skiing sites in Haute-Savoie. They provide a magnificent panorama of the Aravis mountain range and Mont Blanc. For those who would like to put themselves in the shoes of a biathlon champion, it is also possible to participate in a laser biathlon!
