The Botanique Hotel Experience sits on a hillside facing the Mantiqueira Mountains and Brazilian architects and artists are behind its design, combining enormous clay boulders from nearby rivers with pink cedarwood, glass, and steel. The villas and suites of this intimate retreat have floor-to-ceiling windows, as does the Mina restaurant, which offers views of the Atlantic forest and serves garden-to-table cuisine.
