The Heysen Trail traverses some of South Australia's most beautiful landscapes. Led by a guide, you’ll follow the trails that surround Sequoia Lodge and which wind through the eucalyptus forests and hills of the Mount Lofty Ranges. Cleland Wildlife Park

Enjoy exclusive access to one of South Australia's premier wildlife sanctuaries before it opens to the public. Led by a guide, you’ll get close to iconic Austrialian animals like koalas and yellow-footed wallabies, which you can even feed by hand. You'll learn all about these species, including the challenges they face, along with the conservation programs implemented to protect local wildlife. After your visit, you can continue exploring the park at your own pace.

Truffle hunting

Join Emma and her truffle-hunting dogs to explore Quercus Truffle Farm in search of the Périgord black truffle. This immersive experience allows you to learn about the harvesting techniques of this most precious fungus–which thrives far from its native terroir–as well as how to clean and grade it. Back at Sequoia Lodge, you’ll savor truffle specialties washed down with sparkling wine.
