Traditionally, travellers stopping on the heights of Montreux used to dine in a pretty village residence nestled at the foot of a historic bridge. Subsequently turned into a youth hostel, a bistrot and then a café, in 1980 Gérard Rabaey transformed the building into a fine gourmet restaurant before developing Pont de Brent into an institution.
In 2011, Pont de Brent began a new chapter in its history. Stéphane and Stéphanie Décotterd took over the restaurant, continuing to delight food-lovers from around the world with their unique blend of tradition and youthful innovation.
