In the heart of Tuscany, the Borgo Cooking School, an initiative of the Relais Borgo Santo Pietro, perpetuates regional traditions by offering cooking courses to amateur and professional chefs at all levels.
The Borgo Cooking School sits in the heart of the Tuscan countryside surrounded by organic farmland, vineyards, olive groves and vegetable gardens. The school offers numerous courses, classes and themed workshops. After visiting the estate’s farm and culinary gardens to better understand the origin and quality of the food, the students return to the kitchens where, for almost half a day, they learn the secrets of Tuscan recipes. The purpose of this school is to transmit passion for the region’s exceptional products and share the idea of a cuisine that goes directly from “the garden to the plate.”
