The hotel started as an 18th century ferry inn with only 4 rooms and has grown over the years into a luxury hotel which is set amongst the most stunning scenery in the little hamlet of Port Appin on the shores of Loch Linnhe on the west coast of Argyll in the Scottish Highlands.

My passion is to ensure that the guest leaves and is already planning their return visit. I simply love the west coast of Scotland and Port Appin is an idyllic small village, but with so much to do and it is these activities that I love seeing guests enjoy. Our garden provides access to Loch Linnhe and breath-taking views of the Morvern mountains. We are located in the perfect spot to soak up the beauty of Scotland. Take a boat trip to visit the nearby seal colonies and the famous Castle Stalker or enjoy a day out and picnic on the neighbouring Isle of Lismore. Walking and cycling routes surround the hotel, all creating wonderful memorable experiences.
