Longueville Manor's New Leaf Program conducts initiatives to encourage sustainable practices in five areas: environment, education, recycling, energy savings and water. Some of the property's actions include maintaining 24 hives that produce honey for the restaurant and an active support effort for the Durrell Wildlife Preservation Trust, an NGO that works to save species close to extinction.
