Whilst the rooms are being renovated, the kitchen will also be completely replaced to include, a bespoke range by Athanor. As of 1st March the new layout will allow up to eight guests to dine in the heart of the kitchen. This interactive and intimate experience will offer an insight into Niall’s internationally recognised Michelin-starred kitchen. Guests will be encouraged to engage in conversation with the chefs as they prepare and serve each dish. The Chef’s Menu will be £95pp, and a curated wine flight will also be available.
Whatley Manor to refurbish kitchens and refresh hotel bedrooms
2019 is an exciting year for Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa starting with a complete refreshment of the bedrooms, of which there are 23, including 11 Suites. Closing the hotel from 6th January, and will re-open on February 13th, to welcome guests for Valentine’s. During this time Aquarias Spa will close on the 7 January and will re-open on January 16th 2019. Food is Whatley’s passion, since executive chef Niall Keating took the helm in December 2016, the choice of dining options has expanded to include Grey’s Brasserie, The Dining Room (Michelin-starred) and The Green Room.
