Taste estate-produced wines

On this tour of the vineyards surrounding the Masseria, guided by the estate’s sommeliers, you’ll learn some of the secrets that lie behind cultivating the region’s indigenous grape varieties. Afterwards, you’ll taste four exceptional wines from across Puglia, on an oenological journey that spans from Salento to Daunia, via the Itria Valley.

The wonders of local craftsmanship

The authentic spirit of Puglia is reflected in its craftsmanship. A series of workshops, led by master artisans, offers an introduction to three local traditions: the renowned ceramics of Grottaglie, wicker weaving and the papier-mâché techniques of Putignano.

There’s no better way to appreciate the rugged beauty of the Puglian coastline than by taking a boat ride from the small port of Polignano a Mare.
