On the third floor of a building in Chinatown, Patrick Kriss has chosen the most unexpected of places for this sophisticated restaurant, guarding its air of mystery. Wide parquet floors, large windows that look over the street and allow in natural light, detailing all in copper... every aspect of this space, including its sound design, is intended to create a warm, welcoming, and energising setting. In his open kitchen, Patrick Kriss has developed his own idea of dining through a tasting menu full of surprises. It is the culmination of many hours of work, beginning with the time spent sourcing the best products, local or not.
