"We practice the art of creating memories and engaging with our guest through culinary artistry. We bring the farmer and chef relationship to the forefront of what we offer. Starting from the soil we captivate guests with our organic farm, which nourishes our menus with a vast seasonal array of ingredients. Seeds are carefully selected to elevate the guests’ culinary experience and the chefs’ creativity. The harvest for us is a satisfying time. We cultivate the organic fresh prize from the dirt, earned with patience, love, labor and time. Lovingly-crafted and seasoned with Texas flair, these ingredients continuously inspire our team of chefs pushing the boundaries of the culinary realm."
“Meet Sampson and Monroe, gentle giant ambassadors of Dos Brisas Ranch. Measuring over 19 hands tall (or 6 feet 5 inches at the wither), these two Percheron beauties absolutely love attention and willingly stand for photos if cookies are involved. “Sam and Ro” pull our luxurious Vis-à-vis Cabriolet carriage allowing guests to tour this magnificent property in style. The art of relaxation involves the lull of “clip clopping” hooves and the gentle sway of the carriage as it rolls beneath ancient oaks draped in Spanish moss. Trail rides, lessons, clay shooting, fishing and archery also round out our offerings.”
“Offering you all seven senses of inspiration at Dos Brisas. A Texas-style wedding in our show barn, intimate and exclusive. A chefs’ table for your extended family, commencing with a hay ride to a secluded location, greeted by a culinary extravaganza, concluding with scores around a camp fire. A corporate retreat for your top executives, ending your morning meeting early to go shoot clays at our range, followed by picnic lunch with fine wine from our 7,000 bottle cellar. Most memorable, may be Thanksgiving Dinner where we plant your feast in our gardens and your family harvests Thanksgiving (as the pilgrims did) for our rich farmland. We are passionate about creating unique, memorable experiences at Dos Brisas.”
