The Chef's Table is a glass-encased enclave that rests in the confines of our elegant main kitchen. Up to 14 guests can enjoy an intimate dining experience while viewing the orchestration of an evening and observing the energy of the kitchen. It is the best vantage point in the house to enjoy one of Chef Scott's tasting menus and to truly step into our story, our passions, and our excitement.
We create delicious, high-quality dairy products using small-scale techniques, made with care and respect for the animal and the craft of butter making, allowing us to produce butter that is rich in mouth-feel and fragrant on the nose. One of my goals is to have only one degree of seperation between my product and the diner. I sell my butter to Menton, Menton serves it to the diner, with complete transparency about where the butter is from, how it was created (from milk to churning), how the cows were fed, what time of year it was produced, and so forth.
This is how people can best learn how their food was created, and make decisions about how they want our food systems to operate.
