Blackberry Farm is a delight to the senses during each of the four seasons. Spend your days casting a line in Hesse Creek for trout, in the saddle seeing the farm on horseback, clay pigeon shooting, learning about heirloom seeds from our master gardener or sampling cheese from our East Fresian sheep.
Blackberry Farm’s renowned cuisine is rooted in what comes from our farm as well as the region. Often described as Foothills Cuisine,® it wanders the line between refined and rugged, borrowing from both haute cuisine and the foods indigenous to Smoky Mountain heritage of Blackberry Farm. Our 2014 James Beard Award winning wine team, focuses on finding the perfect pairings for our Foothill Cuisine to complete the full experience.
