We enjoy the Buckinghamshire countryside and work with local farmers, our own gardeners and artisannes and volunteers. Our food is British, sourced locally where possible from the countryside, from the land, from the sea and from our own orchards and parkland. Our cooking is seasonal, uncomplicated and Aylesbury Ducking is just one seasonal speciality.I look forward to cooking for you.”
