Discover the restaurant
Built in 1911, in the district of Chelsea, the “Michelin House” was originally the site of the famous tyre manufacturer’s first UK headquarters. And now, for the last three decades, this flamboyant art deco building has been home to the Bibendum restaurant.Having taken over the reigns in 2017, Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi has brought with him a cuisine that reflects the architecture of this amazing place. He offers a delicate and refined gustatory take on the glow produced from the rays of light streaming in from the multiple domes and glass ceilings. Drawing inspiration from both sides of the English Channel as well, his menu celebrates the richness of France’s great terroirs — from Bresse to Anjou — and revisits the traditional British Sunday roast. It is exceptional cuisine in a magnificent setting.
