“I was born in a small Thai village on the border with Malaysia and raised in a family of chefs. My life has revolved around authentic food and a blend of cultures since I was young and this enthusiasm has stayed with me until today.
I specialize in tropical food from Asia and fusion cuisine where I can express my creativity. I enjoy taking traditional Thai ingredients and finding modern ways to present them and new ways to incorporate them into dishes.
My two signature dishes are black crab curry with vermicelli, and fusion style Thai eggplant salad.
My goal is guest satisfaction. Seeing their happiness when they experience my cooking brings me happiness and pushes me to always strive for excellence and perfection in my cuisine.
I also like to take our guests to the local market to see and select fresh Thai ingredients for a private cooking lesson on site. Especially for our guests who are also passionate about cooking, this makes for the perfect experience and a great memory of Thai hospitality to take back home with them
