NURA, the main restaurant at Fontenille Menorca, is directed by Catalan chef Albert Riera. He proposes tangy and lively contemporary Spanish cuisine focused on the products. Eighty percent of his products come from our 53,000 square-foot kitchen garden in the southern part of the Santa Ponsa’s terraces. Organically farmed based on the principles of permaculture, the garden provides healthy, quality, seasonal products. Naturalness, verticality, local sourcing, slow food, and reasonable prices are our restaurant’s catchwords. On sunny days, the restaurant opens its terrace overlooking the gardens beneath evergreen oaks.
