In our cooking classes room, trials and tests which lead to new dishes on our menu take place every day. But it's also a place for demonstrations, where we give cooking classes to groups of amateurs (from 8 to 25 people), professionals, and even children.
The classes are held directly by Pedro Subijana and his creative team, lead by Borja García-Argüelles.
You can visit the Restaurant Akelarre's facilities, kitchen, and the demonstration room, and meet Chef Pedro Subijana and his team.
At the end of the meal, you will have the privilege of a photo with Chef Pedro Subijana, and will take away a dedicated and autographed tasting menu.
