Among these creations are the 100%  Tahitian vanilla dessert, the Cocoa Pod created with Venezuelan Criollo chocolate, the slice of Gugelhupf in a trompe l’œil style, and an original take on Proust’s madeleine. In harmony with such delights, the tea menu offers a selection of pure, specific, and niche products from all over the world. Tradition and creativity form a perfect duo at the Salon. Pastry chef Jordan Gasco and sommelier Jean-Baptiste Klein serve a gastronomically conceived afternoon tea where Alsace opens up to the world. Rare teas, local juices, savory and sweet creations are presented in Marches Gourmandes (Gourmet Walks) of six or nine stages that reflect the seasons and the freshest produce available.
