I am passionate about food in all its’ genres. My food style at Londolozi is ‘simply sophisticated’ thus allowing the food to be the best version of itself on any plate or platter – full of flavour, texture and style. My signature dishes are Beef Fillet with African Hollandaise and Seared Norwegian Salmon with Basil & Artichoke Puree & Salsa Verde, one out of our many Londolozi Signatures is our homemade breakfast muesli! In the mix for close on 40 years, it’s an all time favourite for our returning guests.

The land of Londolozi has been nourished generously through an ambitious program intended to rebuild the fluvial systems, restore the natural drainage patterns as well as repopulate and renew land productivity. The results have made Londolozi an extremely diversified reserve that is now home to remarkable wildlife and one of the most esteemed ecotourist destinations. The Maison has also collaborated with Land Rover to create prototype electric safari vehicles. In a wider context, the project contributes to a significant reduction in the impact of its activity on the protected natural areas of Londolozi and offers visitors the opportunity to approach wildlife in a more discreet and enriching manner.
