The avant-garde Biały Królik restaurant is an enchanting and a bit eccentric place that widens the horizons of culinary experiences, delights and appeals to all senses. Created with passion by Chef Marcin Popielarz, it has become a synonym of Polish creative cuisine, rich in forms and strongly rooted in regional propositions. The chef is known for his passion for the Polish local cuisine based on products and recipes from the Pomerania region. He personally selects his suppliers and he created his own small garden right next to the restaurant. Vegetables grown there are served directly on plates.
