Manresa epitomizes the idea of “place” beyond where the restaurant is located, it is a sense of positioning within our terroir and represented in our focus and philosophy. There are so many elements of the restaurant that embody a sense of place—from the artwork and decor, to the ingredients used on the menu. It is also a space that reflects Chef Kinch’s personality.
We are located in the quaint town of Los Gatos, California and the feeling of the restaurant, the decor, ambiance, and music have been imagined to evoke a feeling of comfort and ease. We want our guests to feel as though they are entering a good friend’s home.
It is our hope that our guests remember the dinner they had. Even if they don’t remember specific details, we want them to take away a feeling of being warm, safe, loved, and genuinely cared for—by the team, the ambiance, and the extraordinary cuisine.
Our love for wine and the story that each bottle tells is a great passion of ours and we aim to share that with our guests. We connect with our guests on so many different levels—travel, cuisine, art, wine—and each member of our team is encouraged to genuinely engage in the conversations our guests want to have and share with us.
