Our Property is from 1913, build as an eatery/inn. Rennovated in 2010 by the family itself. Facing the baltic sea, and sorrounded bu the woods of Christianslund this is almost a meditative-zone, a time to relax and enjoy am exceptional dinner.
Our Property is our home. Our guests should feel the same way. I strive to welcome all of our guests, as friends of the house and to channel that feeling of "comming home" from us, to all of our guest. Everyone, regardless of their wishes, should feel that we are there to give them the best experience.
I hope, every day, to give our guest a memory of a feeling. A feeling of coming home. Sharing great food, made from carefully selected products, combined with the best wines, and the best service to enhance and lift the total experience.
My passion is wine. We have build a historical winecellar, and to walk our guests on a tour in our cellar, gives our guests a feeling of my passion and knowledge. We can always talk about wine and the history of wine either if you know any wines or not.
