What already looks impressive from the outside reveals all its magic inside.

Step inside the ‘"mirror room’" with its intricate stucco ceiling…

"Courtier", the 2-Michelin-star restaurant, is the heart of the estate: "The best reward is when guests absolutely want to enjoy a course a second time", says chef Christian Scharrer.

On the left: Every afternoon guests can expect freshly baked pastries to be devoured next to the open fireplace.

On the right: After a long walk on the beach, the spa welcomes guests to sit back and relax (and take a dip in the outdoor pool!)

Scallop with leek, algae and caviar – Scharrer’s contemporary cuisine based on French classics.

A delicate combination of kingfish and beetroot with a hint of horseradish.

On the left: Codfish with celery and truffle-ponzu.

On the right: Scharrer’s interpretation of Bircher muesli with apple, yogurt and fennel.

Although each room features a different design, they all ooze tranquility. If you’re lucky, you can even spot a deer in the distance from the window.
