In 2014, we presented our first Vision toward sustainability. Today, our Association is reaffirming its commitments and putting them into action, in partnership with UNESCO.
Entitled “In Harmony with All Life on Earth: Our 12 Commitments to Sustainability,” they are designed to pursue three major missions:
- Preserve the world’s hospitality and culinary traditions,
- Contribute to the protection and development of biodiversity,
- Take daily action for a more humane world.
