To find in the Gift box CREATION n°53 : A moment of well-being

The original English country garden - Gravetye Manor, UK

To find in the Gift box CREATION n°17 : Gastronomic getaway

The former home of the visionary gardener William Robinson, Gravetye in Sussex is arguably the birthplace of the English wild garden. Today, its 14 hectares are tended by no less than eight gardeners, who run tours for guests staying in the 17 elegant rooms. A vast vegetable garden and produce from two restored Victorian glasshouses supply the Michelin-starred restaurant, with a contemporary glass-fronted dining room looking out over glorious garden views.

Nature and community - Txai Resort Itacaré, Brazil

The spa has sweeping ocean views and offers a range of beauty rituals using natural products. Urban getaway - Auberge Saint-Antoine, Canada

To find in the Gift box CREATION n°55 : Dream destination

It may be a city hotel in the old quarter of Quebec, but this auberge on the banks of the St Lawrence River still manages to run a farm-to-fork restaurant thanks to its smallholding on a nearby river island. What’s more, it produces honey from its own hives as well as pesticide-free preserves and maple syrup in partnership with a local cooperative. Offering modern comforts in the heart of the Unesco World Heritage historic district, it even has mini greenhouses for romantic dining “a deux”. This "Under the Stars Experience" is available until March 31st, 2022.

From fish to dish - Kendov Dvorec, Slovenia

To find in the Gift box CREATION n°05 : An extraordinary meal

Time runs slowly at Kendov Dvorec, a country house with antique-filled rooms close to the confluence of the Idrijca and Kanomljica rivers, inhabited by the marble trout. Over-fished over the centuries, the trout still features on the hotel’s regionally inspired menus with Slovenian wines, but it is sourced instead from a local supplier who farms the fish in conditions simulating its normal environment. Meanwhile, hotel guests can still go fishing – as long as they release their catch in the river.
