Spicy Yoghurt Dip Combine the dip ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth :
5 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 – 1½ tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce (depending on your heat preference)
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Marinated Watermelon Reserve the pistachios until the dish is ready to serve.
Combine the following ingredients in a zip lock bag:
4 cups watermelon (chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons mint (chopped)
2 teaspoons basil or cilantro (chopped, optional)
With the ingredients at the bottom of the bag, roll the bag towards the top and close. Allow it to marinade for four to six hours.
Place both parts of the dish in a separate bowl each. Sprinkle the pistachios over the marinated watermelon and serve.
The spicy yoghurt can be used as a dip or spread for your favorite dishes.
