Asaba has been kept traditional way of Ryokan Service, as a dining can be taken in the room. What is the important is to serve a meal at the right time for a guest’s dining pace from our combination between kitchen and our professional battler.

A harmony of flavour, colour and texture… The Kaiseki dinner uses only local produce for a gastronomic alchemy of great precision. You can here the sound of a few notes of music from the Noh theatre of the property, created 150 years ago, that whispers as night falls. Sumptuous costumes, intriguing masks, an orchestra, a choir, the show can begin! Throughout the year, this Ryokan offers its guests gastronomic and cultural traditions, ensuring their transmission to future generations. This way, the past is more than just legend.
