Creative dishes and classic menus inspired by the Mediterranean, Italian, regional, international and vegetarian cuisine. Hubert Fischnaller was awarded with the prestigious 2014 Relais & Châteaux Rising Chef Trophy for his culinary creations. This coveted distinction was conferred upon our chef at the 39th International Congress of Relais & Châteaux in Berlin, in recognition of his excellence".
