The Cheese Bar's cuisine draws on the Alpine traditions of the Aosta Valley. The music that is unique to this enchanting area, where you can touch your food with your fingers, runs the gamut from fragrance to flavour through slow cooking at a low temperature.
It is difficult to define one particular cuisine, certainly not with simple adjectives like good, tasty, creative, classic… Our cuisine follows the cadence of the season and uses the freshest produce cooked to order. The quality of our cuisine is evident in its originality while remaining faithful to Italian traditions.
When the weather allows it, lunch can be served on the terrace.
Brasserie du Bon Bec serves dishes to share, such as mixed grills or fondue. La Brasserie maintains its simplicity and pleasant features by serving everyday dishes and informal cuisine that closely follow tradition.
