We mostly use ingredients grown by local farmers, which includes fresh fruits and vegetables native to the island, as well as herbs and spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon and clove, which enhance the flavors of our dishes. Our desserts are made with chocolate from an organic cocoa plantation, and we buy our fresh fish and much-craved lobsters from local fishermen. We do all this in order to provide you with a remarkable gourmet experience that will forever engrave the images of Calabash and the beautiful spice island of Grenada into your mind.
