The Taillevent, a former mansion of the Duke of Morny, is both a living place and a way of life. More than a restaurant, it is the embodiment of French culinary arts in their most generous dimension, under the watchful eyes of General Manager Antoine Pétrus. Chef David Bizet orchestrates a delicate symphony by interpreting the classics with modernity and elegance, like remoulade of crab with dill, spelt from the region of Sault in risotto, boudin of blue lobster. In this outstanding property the best pairings of food and wine are unveiled, when head sommelier Stéphane Jan allows you to travel through the wine list with its 2,000 French and foreign wine references.
