The vegetable garden provides the vegetables for the restaurants, cared for by our passionate gardener. Indeed, the ‘Garden Menu’ offers guests vegetables direct from the earth. Finally, to raise awareness of our values among young people, the chef runs workshops in the kitchens as well as visits of his vegetable garden.
