The Château de Berne Bistrot is run by the estate's chef, Benjamin Collombat. The Bistrot has retained its warm, family feel, but now offers local specialities influenced by French classics. The menu has grown to include new dishes and sharing plates, but still offers its signature pizzas featuring seasonal toppings.
