When an enlightened Chef moves to the Lac du Bourget and gives free rein to his passion for elegance, the resulting lakeside property showcases the many flavours of local produce.

The Ombremont takes an environmentally friendly approach that gives pride of place to regional products. Arctic char, pike, lavaret: guests can enjoy the fish from the lake outside the breeding season, and always in accordance with the rules of sustainable fishing. Vegetables, fruit, herbs and meat: everything is organic and sourced from the local farmers. Members of the team regularly visit the farmers to raise awareness of their approach, and how it benefits health and the environment. Taking the art of eating local to the next level.
