Occupying a part of the Château’s historic salons and especially its magnificent south-facing terrace, our gourmet restaurant La Table de l’Orangerie is a magical place, a truly private and intimate setting in which our chef Quentin Durand expresses his originality and quest for perfection. Drawing on the wide palette of top-quality products from the surrounding terroirs, the chef offers a subtle and refined cuisine highlighting seasonal Provençal products that he enriches or reinterprets according to how they inspire him. Through his responsible approach, he also champions essential values such as love for the product, know-how, and sharing.
