Gourmet restaurant: lunch from Tuesday to Thursday, Wednesday evening, Thursday evening (from June 19th to July 12th), lunch from Tuesday to Thursday and Wednesday evening (from July 13th to August 31st). “La Maison Carrier”: Monday and Tuesday, Tuesday (except july and august).
Hotel: from the beginning of November to the beginning of December.
