Weekly closing
Gourmet restaurant: Wednesday and Thursday (from September 1st to 30th), lunch from Tuesday to Thursday and Wednesday evening (from July 13th to August 31st). “La Maison Carrier”: Monday and Tuesday, Monday (from mid-July to mid-August) (except july and august).
Annual closing
Hotel/Gourmet restaurant: from November 1st to December 3rd. “La Maison Carrier”: from November 1st to December 3rd and May 1st.
