"When I was a child and teenager, I always enjoyed helping the farmers in my village and since that time , I have a deep respect for these men and women of the earth who have a boundless passion for their craft. I now share their values. My local producers deliver the best, most flavoursome products. And that flavour drives me forward in my cuisine. My meetings with farmers on their farms are essential and inspire my new recipe ideas. I really want to support young farmers and high altitude farming. Chefs also have a role to play. Eating is action!"

La Cheneaudière is thrilled to offer the services of a "Nature-Spa" in the midst of its unspoilt landscape ... What could be more natural than treatments in total respect of the environment; the cosmetics line "Simple and Honey" for example is conceived, created and produced by the establishment and made from honey from the hives of the Hotel, the pure water springs at Colroy la Roche, plants and xxxxxxxx from the surrounding meadows with berries from the forests of the Vosges.
An approach complemented by an organic vegetable garden shared with the guests, passers-by and those curious about the global movement "les incroyables comestibles" (incredible edibles) and a spa that respects the norms of a low energy consumption building.
