Having spent 15 years at altitude already, I am taking over the Auberge du Père Bise with my wife Magali. It’s the next exciting chapter of a wonderful story. I hope to build on the heritage of this iconic establishment with pride and leave my mark on it too. Being a chef means creating dishes that reflect your style. Bold, natural flavours, combining bounty and indulgence, the freedom to express this region to which I am so attached.
