Awaken all the senses

"You are at home in our home"

"I'd like the moments spent under our roof to become unforgettable memories. We take you by the hand and lead you through the kitchen doors to share the chef's little secrets. Going down into the cellar, you can dream about vineyards, and talk about people. We want you to relish the dishes we've invented."

Walking in the town

Walking in the town

"The centre of Roanne is just a stone's throw from our property. I'd advise you to go to the covered market, as there are some very good food artisans. On the way, you can walk through the pretty Parc des Promenades and visit the archaeology and fine art museum. On the way back, stop off at our café-deli, Le Central. This wonderful brasserie has become a must-visit meeting place to enjoy a blue cheese omelette soufflé, frogs legs with ginger, steak tartare, or a chocolate flan."

César Troisgros - Chef

Welcome to the kitchen

Marie-Pierre and Michel Troisgros

"I'd like to welcome the children who wish, like at a show, to have a front row seat. The places are set at the chef's table in the kitchen, ready to give "hands-on" help at the action stations, as everyone will put the finishing touches to their dessert. I'm willing to bet that parents will be jealous of their children."
