At La Bonne Etape, I will show you our own little garden of Eden. As George CLOONEY said (during his visit to the Bonne Etape in 2011) "This place was an oasis…". Discover our 6,000 m² organic kitchen garden! Let me take you on a sensory journey. A guided visit during which I will share some of my culinary tips. This richly planted garden with its dozens of plant varieties is a truly exceptional place where we host a range of events (weddings, concerts, plays, etc.) as well as our summer restaurant on the lawn in the shade of the fruit trees… dine accompanied by the sweet song of thrushes and cicadas.

During the cooking course I will share many of my culinary tips with you. Together, we will make dishes that reflect my passion for our beautiful Provence region and showcase produce from our garden.
In our Michelin-starred restaurant (uninterrupted since 1964), I invite you to try our delicious menu - your taste buds will not be disappointed. Our Jarlandin menu (named after the inhabitants of Château-Arnoux) includes six dishes, which showcase local products that are very dear to me: Sisteron lamb, aromatic herbs from our organic kitchen garden, almonds, Mées olive oil, lavender honey, etc. A range of flavoursome products carefully prepared to seduce your taste buds. Our sommelier will propose some of our very best bottles from our wine cellar, which has over 600 different wines.
