A unique first-hand experience with producers Yoan and Chloé, oyster farmers at the Banc d’Arguin. Drift across the beds of the special n°2 oysters I showcase in my dishes. An exceptional setting with views of the Dune du Pilat. To round off your visit to the seaside, enjoy a tasting of freshly caught oysters.

Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage listed medieval village

The town of Saint-Émilion, nestled on its rocky promontory, is a cultural jewel. Its vineyards were the first to be listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. Legend has it that the village was founded by the hermit Émilion in the 8th century. A site of religious worship, it also worships the cult of wine thanks to the Jurade, the values of which promote the wines of Saint-Émilion all over the world.
