The Restaurant Christophe Bacquié is without a doubt my favourite place. Its new décor transports us far away.... At the back of the dining room, there is a large painting by Martin Berger, which instantly plunges us into the depths of the Mediterranean. The softness of the wood fixtures blend harmoniously with the slate, which has been used to build the cheese cellar in the dining room. Resolutely contemporary yet timeless, discreet and romantic, the tables and chairs and the alcoves with their suspended ceilings, which appear to float in space, all contribute to creating an authentic, exceptional and timeless dining experience.
The Gazebos are ideal for large and small events alike. When the sun is almost too hot, this is where guests retire to lounge on the oversize cushions with a good book. Whether it's to take tea after lunch or to enjoy a sundown drink, you'll want to stay as long as possible so that the magic never stops. I love the moments that happen in this special place: a candlelit marriage proposal or a simple souvenir photo.
My absolute favourite? There is no doubt that the Spa du Castellet is in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of the property. Stretching over 700m², whirlpools, sensory paths, a sauna, an unusual hammam, a tea area and other unexpected corners restore energy and vitality to our guests as they enjoy this captivating setting surrounded by nature. Still want more? Sip the chef’s special drink made with lemon, basil, honey, ginger and mint as you soak up the sun outside on a lounger....
