You will be immersed in the daily life of a chef’s team and learn how the dishes of the day are made and the menu put together with the cooks and pastry chefs. You will then be asked to work on designing a recipe – you will even have the chance to taste some wines selected by the head sommelier Benoit Fedou. Finally, you will enjoy a lunch of the chef’s succulent signature dishes in the kitchen. They will ensure that this a deliciously unforgettable experience.

Find the right balance for an ideal marriage between food and wine. The head sommelier will provide you with some fascinating tips and will invite you to attend his class alone or with others. For your greater pleasure, this initiation is accompanied by two glasses of wine and a glass of champagne.
