“I have not formally trained as a chef however I really love cooking and do believe in the idea that ‘food is love’ and when you prepare food for people it needs to show this. I cook whatever my guests would like to eat and I love to see them enjoying what we prepare. My dishes often reflect the diversity of Fijian culture - with the best elements of Anglo/Fijian and Indian influences appearing.We have a fisherman come to the island everyday and our guests can personally select what they would like to eat from the catch and all my ingredients are gathered fresh every day”.
