Wild but homely
On Saturday the 25th of November 2017 the joint action "WILD KOCHEN" will take place in all the Relais & Châteaux Hotels & Restaurants in Germany. Our 'wild event' will take place the evening before, when head chef Benjamin Biedlingmaier invites guests and cooks to sit down together at one big table. Serving the dishes in big bowls in the centre of the table creates a homely atmosphere. Of course there will be venison in the menu.
