FROM LA TORRE DEL VISCO TO THE STARS – AN ASTRONOMY WEEKEND IN THE MATARRANYA
The Saturday 5th & 6th November we are organizing a programme of activities dedicated to promoting the Starlight Foundation values open to all those who would like to participate. 12. 00 –Solar observation. With the help of a guide and using a telescope designed exclusively for the purpose, you will be able to see for yourself the characteristics of the sun, the star nearest to planet earth. 15.00 Lecture on latest developments and discoveries in the study of the universe given by eminent astro-physicist from the Aragonese Center for Cosmic Studies. 19.30 – “Stargazing” - Night sky observation session guided by the Astro-physicist and powerful telescope.
