STORY OF A CHEF

How did you become a Chef?

I become a chef because I like to eat and when I am cooking I found satisfaction to see the happiness in the face of the people.

How would you define your cuisine?

Authentic. I cook what I love to eat using the ingredients as a means and not as an end.

What are your favorite products and criteria for choosing?

I don’t have favorite products as I am always looking for the harmony in the dishes.

What is your signature?

You have to find in the mouth what you see in the dish. My signature dish is ‘spaghetto al pomodoro’ which is an international photography with the most authentic Italian taste.
